Production Process of Silicone Sealant Manufacturing Equipment
Basic Introduction:
Silicone sealant manufacturing equipment includes: 5L experimental machine, laboratory testing instruments, high-speed disperser (for base material and glue making), three-roll mill, hydraulic discharging machine (hydraulic discharging), vacuum system, cooling system, packaging machine (semi-automatic hard tube packaging machine, fully automatic hard tube packaging machine, fully automatic soft packaging machine), etc.
Performance Features:
The main unit of silicone sealant manufacturing equipment is the high-speed disperser. The high-speed disperser is an efficient mixing equipment that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots. The high-speed disperser has three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the axis of the kettle, while the other two agitators rotate at high speeds around their own axes at different speeds, causing the material to undergo complex motion inside the kettle, resulting in intense shearing and kneading. A mountain-shaped scraper is installed inside the kettle, rotating around the axis of the kettle to scrape off raw materials adhering to the walls and bottom, achieving more ideal results. The kettle adopts a special sealing structure, allowing vacuum extraction with excellent exhaust and defoaming effects. The jacket of the cylinder can be heated or cooled according to user needs. The discharging method is pressure-based, the cylinder cover can be hydraulically lifted, and the cylinder can move freely, making operation very simple.
Usage Instructions:
First, use the 5L experimental machine for testing. During the experiment, use testing instruments to measure the quality of raw materials and experimental glue. Then, use a 5000L/3000L/1100L high-speed disperser to prepare the base material. If it is silicone sealant, use a three-roll mill/twin-screw machine to grind the base material. Next, use a 1100L/600L machine to make the glue. During the base material preparation and glue making processes, vacuum extraction (defoaming and exhaust) is performed, and cold water is circulated through a cooling tower to lower the temperature. Finally, use different packaging machines for filling (different packaging methods are used depending on the product, such as plastic bottle hard tube packaging, soft film soft packaging, or large barrel packaging). Silicone sealant production process: reaction kettle (107 glue production) → high-speed disperser (silicone sealant base material preparation) → three-roll mill/twin-screw machine (material grinding) → high-speed disperser (finished glue production—dispersion, stirring, mixing, reaction, vacuum extraction) → hydraulic discharging machine (hydraulic discharging) → fully automatic/semi-automatic filling.
